Task Initiation Supports & Physical Cards

Make getting started feel more manageable with the Task Initiation Card Deck. Simple prompts and practical strategies help learners explore what’s getting in the way, choose a small first step, and try a way to begin.

Use the cards for schoolwork, chores, or everyday tasks. Choose one that fits the moment, read it together or independently, and try a suggestion. There’s no required order—learners can return to helpful cards and adjust their approach as needed.
